You're welcome :)

Hi @tunajoe:7uVPJS9GHoftN58Z2MXCYDqmNAh2, You should first rins your quinoa, then I always like to toast the seeds (for extra flavour) before I bring the liquids to a boil. When you have that rolling boil, you add the quinoa and lower the heat to low. Cook for about 15 minuts under lid, until the liquid is gone and then remove the pot from the heat. Leave covered for an additional 5 minutes to let the quinoa settle. Fluff the quinoa with a fork before serving. 2:1 liquids:quinoa For extra flavour you can use a broth/stock instead of water. I hope this was helpful :)

The title says it all, imma start! ![](https://tr3.cbsistatic.com/hub/i/2017/03/23/fd2cfe38-d0b2-4fee-9450-03b3d5f521d8/c3f153e108263291254737cffd045982/funnytechmemes1thumb800.jpg)

I'm curious to know what kind of pets the forum users have. I thought this could be a nice way to get to know each other a little better, so I'll start! My dog is a five month old Italian mastiff (Cane Corso). Since I got him from Barcelona I thought a Spanish name would be suitable, and I named him Don Jefe, or Jefe for short (which means "boss man"). Jefe is a cute, little beast who eats 1.5 kg raw meat every day. He love to fart, snore and play. Here's Jefe with his Instagram hat and sqeaky ball 🎉🎉🎉 ![Don Jefe](https://i.imgur.com/XCWzR6l.jpg)
